The Derma Roller is a single roller device which consists of a rotating wheel studded with tiny needles. These needles penetrate the skin, stimulating the production of collagen and elastin, which in turn cause the skin to mount an injury response. This procedure utilizes the collagen and elastin to thicken the skin, repair scars and smooth out any fine lines and wrinkles. This stimulus also causes growth of new capillaries which improves blood supply to the skin.
Derma roller is a natural skin rejuvenation and scar repair therapy. It widely used for skin related problems such as: Reduce acne scars , Reduce wrinkles and fine lines , Improves the appearance of stretch marks , Ice pick and chickenpox scars , Skin rejuvenation and anti aging , Age spots & Sun damage , Enlarged pores Hyper pigmentation.
1) Soak about 5-8 minutes with 75 % alcohol,Or use ultraviolet to disinfect for about 45 minutes.Do not use autoclaves,steam and high temperature sterilization methods
2) Apply suitable nutritional lotion/cream on area of skin that the roller is to be used.
3) Roll backwards and forwards 4-5times keeping the speed and pressure uniform thereby creating more micro vessels .
4) Move the roller four times at least in four directions(on the skin that needs care).
5) Apply nutrition or mask products on the skin that requires care in case of skin inflammation.
0.5 mm , 1.0 mm , 1.5 mm , 2.0mm .
1. 0.2 mm and 0.5 mm is for home / personal usage
2. 1.0 mm and 1.5 mm is for beautician usage
3. 2.0 mm is for physician usage
