DLU500 UV Laser
DLU500 Laser coding machine, using a new intelligent vector control algorithm, marking speed greatly improved. The unique laser control technology can easily mark the best printing effect on the film material. Compact size, low maintenance, no consumbale, to provide permanent and high contrast marking to ensure product can be tracking, anti-counterfeiting and anti-channelization.

The ultraviolet laser marking machine belongs to a series of laser marking machines, but it is developed by using a 355nm ultraviolet laser. Compared with infrared laser, this machine adopts the third-order intracavity frequency doubling technology, and the 355 ultraviolet light focusing spot is extremely small, which can greatly reduce the mechanical deformation of materials and has little influence on processing heat. Because it is mainly used for ultra-fine marking and engraving, it is especially suitable for marking food and pharmaceutical packaging materials, making micropores, dividing glass materials at high speed and cutting complex patterns on silicon wafers.
Principle
The ultraviolet laser marking machine is a series of laser marking machines, so its principle is similar to that of laser marking machines, which use laser beams to mark permanent marks on the surfaces of various substances. The marking effect is to directly break the molecular chain of substances by short-wavelength laser (unlike the evaporation of surface substances produced by long-wavelength laser to expose deep substances), so as to show the patterns and characters to be etched.
