DIKAI WF420 Updraft Paging machine can be equipped with ribbon printer, ink wheel printer, heat transfer printer, jet printer and laser printer. It contains cable-stayed alignment device that paging bags are aligned to improve the position accuracy of the code and label. The negative pressure suction device, effectively ensure that the bags after paging are conveyed smoothly on the conveyor belt, and ensure the accurate position of spray code and labeling. And De-static device: Ionic wind can remove the static electricity on the surface of products, effectively avoid the products adsobing together.
Page machine operation and maintenance. A) check whether the screws of the sorting machine are loose. B) before starting up, clear the sundries on the conveyor belt, and move the conveyor belt by hand to confirm that there is no abnormal jam. C) adjust the height of the material holding plate (by adjusting the height of the material blocking plate), so that it is as close to the belt as possible, but cannot wipe the belt. D) Turn on the power switch, turn on the inverter control switch, and when the digital display on the inverter screen is stable, first adjust the inverter to a low-speed state and run at about 10HZ, and observe whether the belt is running deviation, if so, adjust it. For the method, see Adjustment Method of Belt Deviation on the next page. E) adjust the size of the guide chute according to the actual width of the product in the shutdown state. Adjust the material guide plate. F) Put part of the products into the chute, and turn the belt by hand to observe whether the products come out of the chute smoothly. If the products are stuck or cannot be divided, please adjust the adjusting knob of the reversing wheel, with counterclockwise downward and clockwise upward. G) start up and run, put a small amount of products to run slowly, and if there is no jam, accelerate slowly until the speed you need. H) in case of shutdown or emergency, please press the power switch or the frequency converter control knob. I) Always check whether the screws are loose, and pay attention to oiling the sprockets and chains. The driving roller bearing of the reversing wheel needs to be oiled once a week. This part is the combined needle roller bearing.
