1. The main technical requirements of the equipment are:
1. The structure of the cleaning machine consists of ultrasonic generator, transducer, cleaning tank, circulating filter system, automatic temperature control heating system, frame, control system and so on.
2, the main technical requirements of equipment: ultrasonic: ultrasonic: using bottom shock plate, a total of 40 shock heads, the shock head adopts the Japanese "NTK" brand, power 2400W, frequency: 28KHZ, the power is continuously adjustable, can be displayed; the frequency can be fine tuned; with a scanning circuit, and a current size indicator, can be controlled alone.
Cleaning tank: the tank is overflowing back, and the oil and dirt floating on the surface of the cleaning liquid can be spilled quickly. Storage tank: the heater in the liquid storage tank is heated to the cleaning solution, and then the cleaning liquid which is reheated and filtered is sent to the cleaning tank through the circulation filtering system. The storage tank has a water inlet, a liquid outlet, an overflow port and a lower limit liquid level protection switch. The tank body is made of stainless steel plates imported SUS304 and 2mm. Circulating filtration system: the system is composed of circulating filter pumps, stainless steel filters, pressure gauges and so on. The accuracy of filtration is 20 U. Heating: the heating power of the cleaning tank is 4 x 1KW, the heating power of the storage tank is 1 x 3KW, the storage tank and the cleaning tank are wrapped in the thermal insulation cotton, automatic temperature control, RT-100 C adjustable, and the temperature controller probe is placed in the cleaning tank. It is equipped with an independent drain, which is controlled by a drainage ball valve. (drainage ball valve in the rear of the operating surface) ultrasonic control system: This machine is equipped with cleaning time display, cleaning time alarm, temperature temperature control using digital display control. Two application range: hardware, electronics, watches, machinery, tools, glasses, jewellery, semiconductor silicon, polyester spray, silk board and polyester filter core and glass Washing dishes and so on. Note: all kinds of non-standard sizes can be customized according to customer requirements.
