The multi-channel ultrasonic cleaning machine uses water, pure water, alkaline or weak acid, water base solvent as cleaning agent, combined with spray, jet, hot dip, bubbling and other cleaning methods, with suitable product drying method, composed of semi-automatic ultrasonic cleaning production line. It is especially suitable for small batch of electronic circuit boards, electronic parts, clock parts, metal stamping parts, metal machine parts, jewellery, glasses, glassware, semiconductor silicon wafers and so on. It has the characteristics of unique technology, strong pertinence, simple structure, easy to use and so on, and the equipment cost is low, the investment is less, and it can meet the special cleaning requirements of different products.
1, the washing machine body SUS304 stainless steel structure, the trough body adopts the entire import thickening (2) stainless steel SUS304.
2, reasonable cleaning process.
