Introduction of industrial ultrasonic multi tank cleaner:

3. In the filtration mode, the machine adopts the circulation filtration mode of slag removal, oil removal, coarse filtration, fine filtration, etc. to effectively ensure the cleanness of the cleaning solution after filtration and avoid secondary pollution.
4. The system adopts continuous through type cleaning, stainless steel chain transportation, and the upper and lower workpieces are convenient.
5. The water mist collection and condensation system is used at each opening of the cleaning machine to effectively solve the water mist phenomenon produced by the cleaning machine.
Product overview:
The whole machine is made of stainless steel and designed with double grooves. It can realize ultrasonic cleaning and ultrasonic rinsing. The equipment is equipped with circulating filtration system, oil-water separation mechanism → heating and ultrasonic timing. It can also add oil skimmer, swing function and automatic cover opening system according to the needs of customers.

Scope of application: cleaning of electronic parts, electroplated parts, hardware, watches, watch bands, watch cases, spectacle frames, lenses, jewelry, semiconductor silicon chips, spinnerets, filter elements, glassware, compressor cases, diesel engine cases, stainless steel, zinc aluminum alloy polishing, etc. Side vibration ultrasonic is especially suitable for hanging cleaning, not suitable for using basket as cleaning tool. Bottom vibrating ultrasonic is suitable for basket cleaning.
2. Applicable cleaning agent: neutral, alkaline or weak acid water-based solution.
3. Structural features: all imported sus 304L stainless steel structure, automatic thermostatic device 30 ℃ ~ 110 ℃ adjustable.
