The high frequency ultrasonic cleaning machine is fast and obvious. Compared with the conventional cleaning method, ultrasonic cleaning is much faster in dust removal and descaling. If the power is kept constant, the cavitation bubble becomes smaller, and the energy released by cavitation bubble decreases correspondingly, which effectively reduces the damage to the workpiece surface. Another advantage of high frequency is that it reduces the viscous boundary layer (Bernoulli effect) and enables ultrasound to "find" very small particles. This situation is similar to the small stones at the bottom of Qingxi when the water level in the stream drops. Wight high frequency ultrasonic cleaning is suitable for the fine cleaning of computer and microelectronic components; therefore, considering the cleaning effect and economy, the frequency is generally selected in the range of 20-130khz, of course, the correct selection of frequency is very important, and the selection of specific and appropriate working frequency needs to be made by certain experiments.
