The structure of ultrasonic cleaning machine generally has two forms: the ultrasonic power supply and the cleaner are integrated or arranged separately. Generally, the low-power (below 200W) cleaning machine uses the integrated structure, while the high-power cleaning machine uses the split structure.
1. The split structure of ultrasonic cleaner is composed of three main parts:
(1) clean the cylinder;
(2) ultrasonic generator;
(3) ultrasonic transducer.
2. The ultrasonic generator for ultrasonic cleaning machine has the following characteristics:
(1) the resonance frequency and impedance of the transducer vary greatly with the depth of the cleaning solution. However, the practice shows that after putting a proper amount of cleaning materials into the tank, it can be basically stable at a certain value. (2) generally speaking, due to the small change of cleaning load, complex frequency automatic tracking circuit is not required.
(3) most of the practical ultrasonic generators are high-power self-excited feedback oscillators.
Special ultrasonic cleaning machine
It is generally installed on the production line for cleaning some specific items. Introduction of typical ultrasonic cleaning equipment for soft magnetic devices: the cleaned objects are sent to the ultrasonic cleaning tank for cleaning from the stainless steel special mesh belt that can be driven at the feeding port, and then discharged after spraying, drying and other processes, so as to realize that the cleaned objects can be directly packed and warehoused.
