The principle of the ultrasonic cleaning machine for industrial accessories is to convert the transducer, the sound energy of the power ultrasonic frequency source, into mechanical vibration, and to radiate the cleaning liquid in the tank to the ultrasonic through cleaning the tank wall. Because of the ultrasonic radiation, the microbubbles in the liquid can keep vibration under the action of the acoustic wave.
When the sound pressure or intensity reaches a certain degree, the bubble will expand rapidly, and then suddenly close. In this process, the shock wave is generated at the moment when the bubble is closed, and the pressure and local temperature of 1012-1013pa are generated around the bubble. The huge pressure generated by the ultrasonic cavitation can destroy the insoluble dirt and make them differentiate in the solution. The direct reverse impact of the steam cavitation on the dirt will make the stains in the blind hole slowly fall off and emulsify, so as to achieve a highly clean effect.
1. The tank body is made of imported stainless steel, acid and alkali resistant, beautiful and generous in appearance.
2. Imported high-quality high-Q value transducer and unique ultrasonic generator are adopted, with strong and powerful ultrasonic output.
3. The adhesive imported from West Germany and unique bonding process are adopted to ensure the transducer can work for a long time at 100 ℃ water temperature and is durable.
4. Equipped with automatic temperature control heating device, temperature control range: normal temperature - 100 ℃.
5. The ultrasonic generator and the cylinder body are separated and connected by high frequency wire base.
