The ultrasonic generator
The municipal electricity is converted into high frequency and high voltage AC current, which is fed to the ultrasonic transducer. Traditional cutting uses cutting tools with sharp edges to press the material to be cut. The pressure is concentrated at the edge, and the pressure is very high, which exceeds the shear strength of the material being cut. The molecular bond of the material is pulled open and cut. Because the material is pulled apart by strong pressure, the cutting edge of the cutting tool should be very sharp, and the material itself should bear relatively large pressure. The cutting effect of soft and elastic materials is not good, and it is more difficult for viscous materials.
