Two, principle
Ultrasound electric signals produced by ultrasonic generator of ultrasonic cleaner are converted into mechanical vibration of the same frequency through piezoelectric inversion effect of transducer, and radiated densely in the form of Ultrasound longitudinal wave in the cleaning solution (Ultrasound longitudinal wave propagates alternately in negative and positive pressure regions), resulting in tens of thousands of small bubbles circulating "blasting", which is precisely these bubbles in negative pressure. The formation and growth of the zone, the rapid closure of the positive pressure zone, instantaneous blasting, high-pressure bombardment on the surface, cracks and fine parts of the space of the object being cleaned, to achieve cleaning effect, resulting in rapid removal of dirt (this is the unique "cavitation" effect of the ultrasonic cleaner), so that the cleaning surface can achieve the purpose of cleaning and purification.
