Introduction

Working principle
The pressure gauge uses the elastic deformation of the sensitive elements (Bourdon tube, bellows, bellows) in the watch, and then the pressure deformation is transmitted to the pointer by the conversion mechanism of the movement in the watch, causing the pointer to rotate to display the pressure.

Main structure
Overflow hole:

In the event of an emergency that the Bourdon tube bursts, the internal pressure will be released to the outside through the overflow hole to prevent the glass panel from bursting. Note: In order to maintain the normal performance of the overflow hole, a space of at least 10mm must be left behind the table, and the overflow hole cannot be modified or plugged.
 

Pointer:

In addition to standard pointers, other pointers are also optional.
 

Glass panel:

In addition to standard glass, other special material glass, such as tempered glass, and non-reflective glass are also optional.
 

Performance classification:

ordinary type (standard), ordinary type for steam (M), heat resistant type (H), vibration resistant type (V), vibration resistant type for steam (MV) heat resistant and vibration resistant type (HV).
 

Treatment method:

oil-free/water-free treatment to remove the water or oil remaining in the wetted part during manufacturing.
 

Exterior designation:

Install and use

1, before use, please check first, whether to have qualified marks and is more than the period of validity. If overdue, you need to test, can be used.

2, the instrument must be installed vertically.

3, instrument in stable load measurement, fair use no more than 3/4 of the measurement limit, measuring pressure fluctuations, no more than two-thirds of the measurement limit, as for the lowest pressure, in both cases, there should be no less than 1/3 of the upper limit value of the measurement

4, may crystallize medium and larger viscosity medium should be added when the isolation device.

5, instrument in verify carefully before using the medium to be measured on the stainless steel spring tube erosion degree, in order to avoid the corrosion of lead to early spring tube rupture.

Maintenance and maintenance

After six months, 1 meter is used, should be check a zero and basic error, and basic error if the pointer is not zero or more than standard, should be readjusted, test before using.

2, when use, if the instrument malfunction (pointer to failure, the internal parts loose or fall off, the phenomenon such as error increases) shall promptly repair or send factory repair.

3, the instrument used in comply with the normal transportation, storage conditions, 12 months after the user, such as bad and cannot find instrument manufacturing normal users in the company shall be repaired or replaced.
