Magnehelica manometers from DWYER can obtain high accuracy within 2% of full scale, and as many as 81 ranges to choose from, which can accurately meet the needs of your application. This manometer uses simple, non-wearing Magnehelica moving parts from DWYER, USA, and can quickly indicate low pressure of air or non-corrosive gas - positive pressure, negative pressure (vacuum) or differential pressure. It is designed to resist shock, shock and overpressure. It has no manometer liquid to evaporate, freeze, or cause poisoning or leveling problems. In addition, its price is very low. This pressure gauge is widely used to measure the pressure of fans, blowers, filter resistance, wind speed, furnace ventilation, pressure drop caused by orifice plates, liquid level in foaming systems and pressure in fluid amplifiers or pressure in hydraulic systems. It also detects gas-to-air ratio controls and automatic valves, and monitors blood and respiratory pressure in pharmaceutical care equipment.

Most Magnehelica manometers use the same size housing. The pressure gauge can be surface mounted or flush mounted using the hardware provided with the product. It can be easily installed on horizontal or vertical 1-1/4" to 2" pipe using the Model A-610 Pipe Mount. Although it is calibrated for vertical position, many ranges greater than 1" can be used at any angle with a simple re-zero. However, for maximum accuracy, they must be calibrated in the same position as they are used. These features make the Magnehelica manometer ideal for both fixed installation and portable use. For flush mounting, a 49/16" hole must be drilled. Each device comes complete with installation and connections and instructions.
