1. Easy to debug and use
Auto setup: Auto setup software is a fully automatic configuration program. Compared with other brand locators, SVP3000 does not need other peripheral devices to automatically identify the actuator specifications, and automatically optimize the adjustment according to the specifications. For the basic configuration of SVP3000, no PC or peripheral devices are required, and the software automatically carries out the configuration switch.
Field intelligent communication: SVP can be calibrated and set by field intelligent communicator (SFC) for all Yamatake field intelligent instruments.
2. Optimized Settings to meet different application requirements
Forced full shutdown setting: When the process requires the valve to be forced full shutdown, SVP ensures that the valve is closed by cutting off unnecessary supply pressure to the actuator at a set signal position.
Traffic Feature User-defined: Linear, equal percentage, and fast opening features are standard configurations
The user can also modify the valve flow characteristics to meet field process requirements by setting the positioner input/output characteristics.
Yamatake valve positioner meets good setting for different application requirements (forced full closing setting) When the process requires the valve to be forced full closing, the AVP is cut off at a set signal position and the actuator does not need special air supply pressure to ensure that the valve is completely closed. Flow characteristics Customized linear, equal percentage, fast opening characteristics as standard configuration, users can also set the positioner input/output characteristics to change the valve flow characteristics to meet the field process requirements.
