Due to the pressurization effect of the booster piston, the pressure of the part of the fuel isolated by the one-way valve increases, so that the fuel injection pressure can reach more than 2000bar. Since the high-pressure part is located in the injector , so the reliability of the system is improved. The control of the injection pressure is realized by the injection pressure control valve PCV. By changing the control signal, the pressure difference between the upper and lower oil chambers of the booster piston can be controlled, so that the control effect is increasing. The pressure on the fuel in the oil chamber of the small head of the piston changes the injection oil pressure in the needle valve pressure chamber. The working principle of the fuel injection pressure control valve SCV is the same as that of the high-speed solenoid valve of the common rail system, that is, when When the SCV valve is powered off, the fuel injector does not inject fuel because the pressure on the upper part of the control piston generated by the fuel pressure is greater than the pressure on the pressure bearing surface of the needle valve; when the SCV is powered on, the oil chamber on the upper part of the control piston enters the The oil orifice is smaller than the oil outlet orifice, so the oil pressure in the oil chamber on the upper part of the control piston decreases, the pressure on the upper part of the control piston decreases rapidly, and the needle valve pressure chamber quickly opens and injects oil.
