5. Features cylinder liner sleeve:
Our cylinder liner is composed of a pressure-bearing metal shell (45 # steel) and a high wear-resistant ceramic lining (zirconia). After precision machining and assembly, it has excellent overall mechanical properties, good corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance and high pressure resistance, which lasts longer than bi-metal liners, over 4000 hours, as well as has a lower overall cost.
* High hardness, good wear resistance, can resist the grinding or erosion of various sharp or abrasive solid particles in high-pressure mud, such as: cuttings, quartz sand, iron ore, iron filings, etc.
* The microstructure of ceramics is uniform, the surface gloss is high, and the roughness of the working surface is generally ≤0.3mm, which is beneficial to improve the life of the piston.
* The service life is 5-10 times longer than that of the bimetal cylinder liner, the continuous work can reach more than 4000 hours, and the labor cost and maintenance cost are greatly reduced.
