Diamond Wire Saw is one the most advanced tool mainly used in quarrying and processing different kinds of natural stones such as Granite, marble, Limestone, Sandstone etc. Also can be used in granite and marble and sand stone block squaring.
1. Vacuum Brazed Beads come with double arrow design and Pattern-set Diamond on Steel Body to extend tool life and make full use of diamonds for best cutting efficiency; 2. Extra aggressive on Marble and Limestone Quarrying, Block Squaring, Profiling or Slab Cutting; 3. Could be used Wet or dry, best with wet cutting for tool life concern.
Diamond wire saw fix by rubber wire, the rubber has good flexibility and resistance temperature well, if water is not enough, it also can be worked well. Meanwhile, the rubber can protect the wire saw rope very well and strengthen the wire’s life. Rubber wire itself has strong flexibility, can reduce the cut-in-one-side problem.
