Adjustable diamond reamer specification 4mm-60mm iron casting fine reaming valve hole tool

The diamond reamer is divided into adjustable diamond reamer and fixed non adjustable diamond reamer. The adjustable diamond reamer refers to the reamer whose edge diameter can be adjusted several times to expand its reuse, thus greatly reducing the loss of the reamer and reducing the processing cost. It is generally used for rough reaming and semi precision reaming. The fixed diamond reamer can't be used like the fixed diamond reamer Adjust the size as above, the machining accuracy is higher, generally used for precision reaming, all belong to high precision reamer.

Instructions For Use:

When used, first reassemble the rough reamer on the power head and adjust the front and rear adjusting nuts on the cutter, so that the 1/3 of the cutter body extends into the valve hole and rotates the valve body with the hand, so that the handle feels tight. Then, the foot switch is opened, and the valve body is pushed forward evenly by holding the valve body in both hands. When the cutter body 2/3 passes through the valve hole, it returns; in the process of propulsion, if the handle is getting tighter and tighter, the squeak will be issued. If the open reaming amount is too large, the reamer size must be adjusted smaller; if the handle is very loose and has no weight in the process of pushing, it means that the reaming amount is small, the reamer size must be adjusted larger until the suitable quality is obtained. At this time, the operator has a certain resistance and is very uniform in the process of pushing.

Each reaming only needs one back and forth, reciprocating many times will affect the accuracy, and aperture consistency. Once the size is appropriate and the reamed valve holes pass the inspection, a batch of valve holes can be completed, and then the middle hinge and the fine hinge are replaced in turn. The adjustment method is the same as that of the coarse hinge.

If the working batch is not large, only two reamers can be used. At this time, the coarse reamer can be used twice, first for coarse reaming, and then for medium reaming or fine reaming after adjusting the size.
