Washing Powder Post Blending Making Machine / Detergent powder Post Blender
Product Description
Some components that can't resist high temperature (such as enzymes,perfume and so on) shall be added in post blending process. In order to save energy consumption and meet the formula requirement, some powder materials (such as zeolite, soda ash, etc) shall also be added in post blending process. All kinds of powder, liquid materials as well as base powder are weighed by metering scale continuosly and automatically, according to each setting ratio, enter post blender to mix, granulate and form final detergent powder.
Technology Characteristics
1. Weightless scale: The accuracy of the scale can reach 0.5%. Weighing system has function of exceeding tolerance alarm and self-diagnosis of fault; automatic adjustment and displaying the instantaneous and cumulative flow, has strong self-control and network extension function.
2. Belt conveyor: Long service life. Can be conect to workshop dedust system.
3. Post-blender: It is used for mixing various kinds of solid/liquid materials,the cylinder is rotating and the special shoveling plate structure and liquid material spraying device inside will not damage the hollow base powder particles from spray tower,compositions of mixture are uniform,and have agglomeration & granulation effect on post-blending materials.So the final product has good fluidity and better appearance. Concentricity of cylinder can be adjusted so as to prevent shaft from shifting;special seal device
keep seal effect better and it is with safety device.
