Energy efficient Hot Air Furnace for Chemical industry Indirect type
Hot Air Furnace Operation principle:
hot air furnace is specially designed for burning biomass fuels which are usually featured by low heat value, high moisture content and quite different fuel size. It is mainly consisted by reciprocating grate, mechanical drive system, combustion chamber, feeding hopper, ash remover, blower and exhaust fan.
The air-cooled reciprocating grate is inclined stair-like grate of which each stair is removable. When biomass fuel is fed onto the top stair via the feeding hopper, it pushes the fuel down the length of the grate through distict drying,gasification, combustion and burn-out zones. The combustion air is blown into the combustion chamber from the grate bottom through the holes in each grate bar. The ash is automatically discharged off at the end of grate into an ash conveying system. After heated, the hot air (800-1000 ℃) will be discharged by the exhaust fan for drying or heating process. Tubular type heat exchanger can be installed after the furnace to get clean hot air.
Hot Air Furnace Technical advantages:
Energy efficient
It has low heating cost, that 20% of the diesel oil, 30% of heavy oil. Use bituminous coal as fuel and the thermal efficiency is more than 90%. The coal consumption of 1 ton base powder is about 70-100kg, saving energy of 30-40% compared with that of coal gas.
Environment friendly
High cleanliness of the hot air, almost same as the oil-fired. The dust content is less than 80mg/Nm3, with long cleaning period. All the hot air enters into the spray tower, and no secondary pollution during the production.
High efficiency
The hot air temperature is adjustable, from 200 to 800℃, and the fluctuation range is ±5℃.
