XQSRG-2S is designed for various cosmetic bottles, which can be filled and capped for liquid and cream Paste products. The filling part uses XQQG ceramic piston pumps to ensure filling accuracy, fast filling speed, and wide range. The capping part adopts the servo capping method, and the torque is adjustable to prevent the cap from being damaged. The self-developed system is to make the whole machine operation easy. The whole machine has a compact design. What's more, the machine can connect the conveyor to finish the packing in the box process or quality check process.
