We are a dental lab, a great dental crown supplier, located in Chengdu, China. It is our main product now, zIrconia crown. We use several good zirconia blocks such as, multilayer, precolored, high translucent, depending on what dentist need in specific cases. Our zirconia crown and bridge can be used in crowns, bridges, implant abutments, and root dowel pins. Their color and translucency mimic natural tooth enamel, at the same time remain high aesthetic. Zirconia Dental crown is our "star product".
Here is the advantage of our zirconia crown and bridge:
1, Increasing Translucency--Compared to the first generation, we use better blocks which by increasing the amount of yttria in the zirconia oxide material, more light shines through, creating more esthetics for final results. There are layers of colors premade with blocks, more esthetic achievements. Layered zirconia crown is good for anterior teeth specially.
2, Outstanding Strength--Our layered zirconia products can achieve a strength of 700-1175 MPa, which is stronger than many other anterior restoration options.
3, Enhanced Anatomy – Our designed team make their primary designs using selected teeth library, and adjusting on top by their experience, with porcelain layer on top, our zirconia crown could achieve natural appearance.
4, More Shading Options – By using better blocks and by great glazing technicians, we can make our products not only on basic Vita Classic and 3D shades. But also more specially required colors mimicing smoke stains or other natural teeth.
5, Biocompatible – There is no darkness on gingiva area, no allergic reactions or tissue irritation at all.
At the same time, here are some preparation requirements for our dentists:
1, Try to avoid preparing a beveled or knife-edge design. Chamfer margin is preferred. Traditional full-cast crown preparations are also acceptable.
2, Give us at least 1mm of occlusal space, 1.5-2mm spaces preferred.
3, Try to avoid any sharp angles on preparations.

| How to ship your cases to us |
| 1. Please prepare the following items before sending the case or a digital case, digital case preferred, |
| because it can save a lot of time and one way transportation cost. |
| a. Write us an ordersheet, fill it with as much detailed information as possible; such as dentist name, patient name, tooth needed, service items, single crowns or bridge, color, etc. |
| b. Prepare us working impression (model), opposite impression (model), study model if necessary. |
| c. Bite registration (if necessary) |
| d. If the case contains implant, Please send all implant parts to us, including lab parts. |
| e. Prepare airway bill for shipping (you can choose whichever shipping courier such as DHL, UPS or Fedex), You may also need to prepare one commercial invoice for your local Customs and a non wooden declaration paper. Please contact our service person, we have those format you can use. |
