Product Information of Hard Soft Mouth Piece For Bruxism Lower Arch
A mouth piece, or named bite guard/bruxist guard is designed for patients who suffers from moderate to heavy teeth grinding. Our mouth pieces are custom made for each patient. The aim of mouth piece is to ease jaw muscle pain and protect the teeth from over-grinding damage and ease headache in some point.
Our mouth pieces are available in the following three categories: Hard, Soft and Hard-soft ones.
1, Our hard-soft mouth piece is made of premade pressing sheet, by heating on the premade sheet, they fit very well to models of each patient. For the moment, we can do two colors on our hard-soft guard, blue and transparant.
2, It is soft inside, more comfortable to wear compared to the hard night guard.
3, It is more flexiable compared to the hard one, easy to take off and put on compared to hard mouth pieces.
Our mouth piece could be used for 1-3 years depending on grinding situation for each patient.

| How to ship cases to us |
| 1. Please prepare the following items before sending your case or digital cases to us: |
| a. Write to us a work order, fill with as much detailed information as possible; such as patient name, return date, tooth number, service items needed, single crowns or bridge, color, etc. |
| b. Prepare working impression (model) and opposite impression (model), study impression (model) if necessary |
| c. Bite registration (if necessary) |
| d. Prepare airway bill for shipping (you can choose whichever shipping courier, but the following preferable, as they are quick: DHL, UPS or Fedex), you may also need to prepare two copies of commercial invoices and a non wooden declaration paper. Please contact our service person, we have those format you can use. |
