A tooth whitening tray is used for patients who need their teeth whitening. In a traditional way of teeth whitening, the bleaching process happen in a Custom-made teeth-whitening tray. Preoxides or other viscous bleach are kept inside the bleach tray, full contacting and reacting with teeth at the same time without escaping and damaging soft tissue areas. We use great materials for our soft bleach trays, they are transparent, light could go through easily and react. Also they can stay in hot water within 80 degrees without deforming.

| How to ship a case to us |
| 1. Please prepare the following items before sending the case or a digital one: |
| a. Write an ordersheet, fill it with as much detail information as possible; such as dentist name, patient name, tooth number needed for bleaching, design, etc. |
| b. Send us working impression (model) and opposite impression (model), study impression (model) if necessary |
| c. Send us bite registration (if necessary) |
| d. Please include all implant parts if there is implant needed also in the case, including lab parts |
| e. Prepare airway bill for shipping (you can choose shipping couriers such as DHL, UPS or Fedex), You may also need to prepare a commercial invoice for Customs and a non wooden declaration paper. Please contact our service person, we have those format you can use. |
