Our custom bleaching tray is used for patients who need their teeth whitening. In a traditional way of teeth whitening, the bleaching process is happening within our Custom-made teeth-whitening tray. Preoxides or other viscous bleach are kept inside the bleach guards, full contacting and reacting with teeth at the same time without escaping and damaging patient's soft tissue areas. We use great materials for soft bleach trays, they are transparent, light could go through easily and react. Also they can stay in hot water within 80 degrees without deforming by itself.

| How to ship you bleach cases to us |
| 1. Please prepare the following items before sending the case or a digital one: |
| a. Write a worksheet, fill it with as much detailed information as possible; such as dentist name, patient name, tooth to be bleached, etc. |
| b. Prepare a proper working impression (model) and opposite impression (model), study impression (model) if necessary |
| c. Send us bite registration (if necessary) |
| d. Please include all implant parts if an implant is needed here, including lab parts |
| e. Prepare airway bill for shipping to us(you can choose the following shipping courier such as DHL, UPS or Fedex), You may also need to prepare a commercial invoice for Customs and a non wooden declaration paper. If needed, please contact our service person, we have those formats you can use. |
