When there is a root fracture or similar situation, after Endodontic therapy, when the redidual tooth could not provide sufficient retention, A dental post and core is normally made. After that a residual crown on top could be made.
Our post and cores can be in the following material:
traditional casted metal post and core; we use co-cr alloy, which is strong and cheap, contains no Ni or Be, reduces allergic reation for patient.
emax/glass ceramic or zirconia post and core; this type of pin cores are more expensive but better in color. Dentist can choose this when more esthetic is required.

| How to ship cases to us |
| 1. Please prepare the following things before sending your case or a digital case to us: |
| a. Write an orderform, fill it with as much detailed information as possible; such as dentist name, patient name, tooth number, materials needed, single crowns or bridge later on, etc. |
| b. Send us working impression (model) and opposite impression (model), study impression (model) if necessary |
| c. Send us bite registration (if necessary) |
| d. Please include all implant parts if the case contains implant construction, including also lab parts to us. |
| e. Prepare airway bill for shipping (you can choose the following shipping courier such as DHL, UPS or Fedex), You may also prepare a commercial invoice for Customs and a non wooden declaration paper. If needed, please contact our service person, we have those format you can use directly. |
| 2. Inform us the tracking number. And let us know when you need the cases back. Digital cases please send to our mail address trushinelab@qq.com, we will contact you when we received the files. Although digtial files are not recommened for post cores. |
