A post and core crown is a type of dental restoration required where there is an inadequate amount of sound tooth tissue remaining to retain a conventional crown. A post is cemented into a prepared root canal, which retains a core restoration, which retains the final crown.
After Endodontic therapy, to supplement a normal function of crown or bridge work restorations, Post and Core system are needed.
All our post and cores are good supports for a crown or bridgework later on. Our post and core can be in the following material:
traditional casted metal post and core;
emax/glass ceramic post and core;
zirconia post and core.
Porcelain post core, including Glass ceramic and zirconia post and cores are more expensive but better in color. Dentist can choose what material is best from Chairside when more esthetic required.

| How to ship cases to us |
| 1. Please prepare the following items before sending the case or a digital case: |
| a. Write an ordersheet, fill it with as much detailed information as possible; such as dentist name, patient name, tooth number, service items needed, single crowns or bridge, color, etc. |
| b. Working impression (model) and opposite impression (model), study impression (model) if necessary |
| c. Bite registration (if necessary) |
| d. Please include all implant parts if the case is an implant, including lab parts |
| e. Prepare airway bill for shipping (you can choose whichever shipping courier such as DHL, UPS or Fedex), You may also need to prepare a commercial invoice for Customs and a non wooden declaration paper. If needed, please contact our service person, we have those format you can use. |
