| How to ship cases: |
| 1. Please prepare the following items before sending the case or a digital case to us: |
| a. Write an ordersheet, fill it with as much detail information as possible; such as dentist's name, patient's name, tooth number, service items needed, designs, single crowns or bridge, color, etc. |
| b. Send us working impression (model) and opposite impression (model), study impression (model) if necessary |
| c. Send us bite registration (if necessary) |
| d. Please include all implant parts if the case is an implant, including lab parts |
| e. Prepare airway bill before shipping (you can choose whichever shipping courier such as DHL, UPS or Fedex), You may also need to prepare two copies of commercial invoices for the Customs and a non wooden declaration paper. Please contact our service people, we have those format if needed. |
