| How to ship a case to us |
| A. Please prepare the following information and items before shipping: |
| 1. Start to write us an ordersheet, fill in as much information and as detail as possible; such as dentist name, patient name, patient age, service item, return dates, tooth number, crown or bridge, implant type, preparation type, designs, color, special requests, etc. |
| 2. Prepare a working impression (model), opposite impression (model), and study impression (model) if necessary, (silicone is more favorable than alginate materials) |
| 3. Prepare a bite registration (if necessary) |
| 4. Please include all implant parts if an implant shall be made, including lab parts. |
| 5. Prepare an airway bill before shipping, (you can choose whichever shipping couriers, but the following are tested to be quickier: DHL, Fedex or UPS.) You may also need to prepare documents for shipping, such as two copies of commercial invoices and one non wooden declaration paper. Please contact our service person first, we have those formats that you probably could use. |
