Production Information of PFM Dental Crown Non Precious Base Metal Alloys
PFM (porcelain fused to metal) is a traditional product for dentistry. It has been popular in the last few decades. With its good fitness, great strength, tooth colored porcelain, easy to wear, PFM lead the classic trend.
For the moment now, when more products came out into the market, We have upgrade our PFM products, too. We have eliminated the old casting way of making metal frameworks, which is really easily by bad casting, causeing small metal porocities, and will affect porcelain to be bonded together to metal.
Now we use CAD/CAM technique to help design and 3D print by using metal powder to framework. This allows high marginal integrity and durability. The crowns are resistant to oxidation, corrosion, and plaque build-up.
Metal framework material we used are Chrome and Colbalt based, contains no Nickel or Beryllium, which avoid most of the allergic reactions for patients. Co Cr alloy is also very economic in price, which makes our PFM products remains in a relatively good price, it is still a good choice within our product library.

Dental Lab Service Policies
1. We speak English and Chinese.
2. Dental Lab is closed on Sundays and Chinese holidays.
3. Rush Work (work requested less time than scheduled) will be added an extra charge of 25% of the original price.
4. Payment: due to 30 days from the invoiced date. An estra charge of 5% per month is carried on if payment not done over 30 days.
6. Warranty: We provide one year warranty to our products.
| How to ship cases to us |
| 1. Please prepare the following items before sending the case or a digital case: |
| a. Write an ordersheet, fill it with as much detailed information as possible; such as dentist name, patient name, tooth number, service items needed, single crowns or bridge, color, etc. |
| b. Working impression (model) and opposite impression (model), study impression (model) if necessary |
| c. Bite registration (if necessary) |
| d. Please include all implant parts if the case is an implant, including lab parts |
| e. Prepare airway bill for shipping (you can choose whichever shipping courier such as DHL, UPS or Fedex), You may also need to prepare a commercial invoice for Customs and a non wooden declaration paper. Please contact our service person, we have those format you can use. |
| 2. Inform us the tracking number. And let us know when you need the cases back. Digital cases please send to our mail address trushinelab@qq.com, we will contact you when we received the files. |
