PFM (porcelain fused to metal) is a traditional product for dentistry. It has been popular in the last few decades. With its good fitness, great strength, tooth colored porcelain, easy to wear, PFM has done his historical role and lead the classic trend for many years. Gold PFM was the best choice for the past. But because of the high price, most patients could not afford. Now most of the times we use non precious alloy as the base framework for PFM, mostly Co Cr alloy. Compared to high-noble and noble alloys, they are stronger and harder. What is more, they can be used in thinner sections (0.3mm). Our metal contains no Ni or Be, more friendly to allergic patient.
With more products came out into the market, We also upgrade our PFM products. We have eliminated the old casting way of making metal frameworks, which can cause by bad casting, small metal porocities, and will affect porcelain to be bonded together to metal.
Now we use CAD/CAM technique to help design and 3D print by using metal powder to framework. This allows high marginal integrity and durability. The crowns are resistant to oxidation, corrosion, and plaque build-up. For porcelain, we have a variety of choices from Ivoclar to VITA, shofu, etc.
Now with the economic price, PFM is still a good choice within product library.

| How to ship cases to us |
| 1. Please prepare the following items before sending the case or a digital case: |
| a. Write an ordersheet, fill it with as much detailed information as possible; such as dentist name, patient name, tooth number, service items needed, single crowns or bridge, color, etc. |
| b. Working impression (model) and opposite impression (model), study impression (model) if necessary |
| c. Bite registration (if necessary) |
| d. Please include all implant parts if the case is an implant, including lab parts |
| e. Prepare airway bill for shipping (you can choose whichever shipping courier such as DHL, UPS or Fedex), You may also need to prepare a commercial invoice for Customs and a non wooden declaration paper. Please contact our service person, we have those format you can use. |
