1, Glass cermic, Emax all ceramic restorations have no metal core. This means gum will show no dark metal color. It enables light to shines through like natural teeth, providing natural looking aesthethics. We can make emax in crowns, lower anterior bridges within three unit bridges, veneers, inlay and onlays. glass ceramic is already scientifically and clinically proven for years to be safe, no side effects. Cementation materials are also tried and tested to be safe.
2, Now our glass ceramic/emax products can be produced by both the PRESS technique and the CAD/CAM technique. CAD/CAM technique is considerably higher strength compared with competitive glass and hybrid ceramics(press technique).
3, Material used for glass ceramic is biocompatible, material contains lithium disilicate glass-ceramic. It offers great fitness, perfect form and function. In addition, they offer improved flexural strength (500 MPa). Depending on its characters, we normally use glass ceramics on anterior teeth.
4, Pretty and life like esthetics is the best quality of this glass ceramic product. We can make a really thin venner even less than 0.5mm thickness.

| For dentists--how to ship your cases to us |
| 1. Please prepare the following items before sending the case or digital case to us: |
| a. Fill in an ordersheet, write to us as much detailed information as possible; such as dentist name, patient name, tooth number, service items needed, single crowns or bridge, dentine color, color required, etc. |
| b. Silicone working impression (model), opposite impression (model) and study impression (model) if necessary |
| c. Bite registration and picture, if necessary. |
| d. Please include all implant parts if the case is an implant, include also lab parts. |
| e. Prepare airway bill for shipping (you can choose whichever shipping courier available at your place, but the following is quickier, such as DHL, UPS or Fedex). You may also need to prepare a commercial invoice to show the Customs and a non wooden declaration paper. Please contact our service person, we have those format you can use. |
