Partial dentures, they are designed to help patients to replace missing teeth, to achieve better esthetics, to help with chewing function and even to help patient in pronunciation(when patient lost front teeth), In partial denture designs, mostly retentions are achieved by putting clasps on natural teeth or fixed crowns or bridges or even implants. By bonding acrylic material on the metal frameworks, denture looks more like teeth in the mouth. Modern dentures are most often fabricated in professional dental labs like us. There are hundreds of shapes and tooth colors of denture teeth available on the market. We choose the highest cost performances to use on our products, just to help more patients.
This partial denture framework product is contains artificial teeth and soft tissue in acrylic attached to a metal skeleton. The chewing forces on partial dentures are transferred from framework and clasps to the abutment teeth, and to the edentulous ridge from acrylic bases. Metal is the base of here. We use Cr-Co material for metal, which contains no Ni or Be and can reduce most of the allergies for patients.
We could aslo cast in pure titanium as metal frameworks, which is more light and great biocompatibility.

| How to ship cases to us |
| 1. Please prepare the following items before sending the case or a digital case: |
| a. Write an ordersheet, fill it with as much detailed information as possible; such as dentist name, patient name, tooth number, service items needed, designs, color, etc. |
| b. Working impression (model) and opposite impression (model), study impression (model) if necessary |
| c. Bite registration or bite block (if necessary) |
| d. Please include all implant parts if the case is an implant, including lab parts |
| e. Prepare airway bill for shipping (you can choose whichever shipping courier such as DHL, UPS or Fedex), You may also need to prepare a commercial invoice for Customs and a non wooden declaration paper. Please contact our service person, we have those format you can use. |
