ZIrconia Oxide porcelain crown has been more and more popular during the last few years. Because of its high strength and comparatively much higher fracture toughness, sintered zirconium-oxide can be used in posterior crowns and bridges, implant abutments, and root dowel pins. Their color and translucency mimic natural tooth enamel, at the same time remain high aesthetic. In our experience, the most esthetic required cases, zirconia with porcelain layer on top or zirconia cap with ceramic could achieve great natuural beauty and esthetics.

Here are some preparation requirements for dentists:
1, Avoid to prepare a beveled or knife-edge design. Chamfer margin is preferred. At the same time traditional full-cast crown preparations are acceptable.
2, At least 1mm of occlusal space is required.
3, Avoid any sharp or right angles or edges.

| 1. Please prepare the following items before sending your case or a digital one: |
| a. Write an ordersheet, fill it with as much detailed information as possible; such as dentist name, patient name, patient age, tooth number, service items needed, single crowns or bridge, color, etc. |
| b. Working impression (model) and opposite impression (model), study impression (model) if necessary |
| c. Bite registration (if necessary) |
| d. Please include all implant parts if the case is an implant, including lab parts |
| e. Prepare airway bill for shipping (you can choose whichever shipping courier such as DHL, UPS or Fedex), You may also need to prepare one commercial invoice for your local Customs and one non wooden declaration paper. Please contact our service person, we have those format you can use. |
