An acrylic removable denture contains full denture and partial denture. Full dentures can be conventional or immediate.
A conventional denture is done when the teeth are removed and gum tissue healed totally. This is the most commen full denture type as it fits better.
An Immediate denture is made before extration of teeth and could be placed immediately after the removal of teeth. This means patient does not have to wait for days without teeth. However, because of the healing process and gum situation growing and shrinking, necessary adjustments has to be made so dentures could fit properly.
To make a proper full denture is both challenging and time consuming. It requires several visits between patients and dentists. During this time, impressions, models and bites are sent back and forth for try in, which is necessary for a good fit and esthetic requirements. So please note: This products is a professional product, only for professional dentists, not for patients directly! Patients should consult your dentist first!

| How to ship cases to us |
| 1. Please prepare the following items before sending the case or a digital case: |
| a. Write an ordersheet, fill it with as much detailed information as possible; such as dentist name, patient name, tooth number, service items needed, materials and designs, color, etc. |
| b. Working impression (model) and opposite impression (model), study impression (model) if necessary |
| c. Bite registration (if necessary) |
| d. Please include all implant parts if the case is an implant, including lab parts |
| e. Prepare airway bill for shipping (you can choose whichever shipping courier such as DHL, UPS or Fedex), You may also need to prepare a commercial invoice for Customs and a non wooden declaration paper. Please contact our service person, we have those format you can use. |
