Full Dentures are designed to replace missing teeth, possibly full arch. It is supported by oral surrounding soft and hard tissue. Our full dentures are removable. An upper denture normally contains a plate, which covers the roof of the mouth. A lower denture is normally horseshoe-shaped. With full dentures, it could be easier to chew food, it can be easier to talk, and it can give support to cheeks and lips so patients could look younger.
To make a proper full denture is both challenging and time consuming. It requires several visits between patients and dentists. During this time, impressions, models and bites are sent back and forth for try in, which is necessary for a good fit and esthetic requirements. And dentures in cold cured acrylic are normally used as temporary.

Dental Lab Service Policies
1. Dental Lab is closed on Sundays and Holidays.
2. Rush Work (work requested less time than scheduled) will be added an extra charge of 25% of the original price.
3. Payment: due to 30 days from the invoiced date. An estra charge of 5% per month is carried on if payment not done over 30 days.
4. Warranty: We provide one year warranty to our products.
| How to ship cases to us |
| 1. Please prepare the following items before sending the cases to us: |
| a. Write an ordersheet, fill it with as much detailed information as possible; such as patient name, date, service items needed, materials and designs, color, etc. |
| b. Working impression (model) and opposite impression (model), study impression (model) if necessary |
| c. Proper bite registration is needed. |
| d. Please include all implant parts if the case is an implant, including lab parts |
| e. Prepare airway bill for shipping (you can choose whichever shipping courier such as DHL, UPS or Fedex), You may also need to prepare a commercial invoice for Customs and a non wooden declaration paper. Please contact our service person, we have those format you can use. |
| 2. Inform us the tracking number. And let us know when you need the cases back. |
