Here are some preparation requirements for dentists to prepare zirconia crowns:
1, It is better to avoid bevel or knife-edge margin. Chamfer is preferred. Traditional full-cast crown preparations are also acceptable.
2, Be aware to leave at least 1-2mm of occlusal space.
3, Make sure during preparation, avoid any sharp or right angles.

| For dentists---How to ship a case to us |
| 1. Please prepare the following items before sending the case or a digital case: |
| a. Fill in a worksheet to us, put in as much detailed information as possible; such as dentist name, patient name, age, service items needed, single crowns or bridge, color, other information, etc. |
| b. Prepare working impression (model), opposite impression (model) and a study impression (model) if necessary |
| c. Prepare Bite registration (if necessary) |
| d. Please include all implant parts if the case is an implant, including also lab parts |
| e. Prepare airway bill for shipping, you can choose shipping courier such as DHL, UPS or Fedex, You may also need to prepare two commercial invoice and one non wooden declaration paper. If needed, you can always contact our service person, we have those format you can use. |
| 2. Inform us the tracking number. And let us know when you need the cases back. For digital cases please send to our mail address trushinelab@qq.com, we will contact you when we received the files. |
