FEATURES of Plastic Crusher Granulator

• Optimized structure and full-closed sound-proofing design ensures low noise level.
• Cutting chamber is made of high rigidity material and processed by CNC machine. It has the features like high intensity, super wearability, no contamination, long service life and easy for maintenance and repairing.
• The cutting chamber structure is “fixed plus rotating blades”, the space of which is large enough to grind thick walled objects and sheet.
• Paddle blades with increased cutting design allows good cutting effect.
• The cutters are made of imported high quality steel featuring wearability, high rigidity and reuse after sharpening.

This series features compact design, easy operation and quick blade replacement. Belt Conveyor of Plastic Crusher Granulator

Material feeding for traditional large granulators is quite a difficult matter. They are generally installed at a lower place or a platform must be built for material feeding. We have particularly designed the belt conveyor to easily convey the material into the cutting chamber of OG-FS sound-proof central granulators.

Material Side Feed Pipe of Plastic Crusher Granulator

The design of feeding hopper of traditional granulators is not suitable for longer pipes and section bars. We have specially designed material side feed pipe for convenient feeding of long materials.

Machine Details of Plastic Crusher Granulator

Paddle-shape blades are suitable for cutting soft plastic parts, the capacity varies from different models. Claw-shape blades cutters are suitable for cutting hard plastic parts, for same model, there are two types cutters. When choosing correct models, dimension and plastic type of the objects have to be provided. The cost of claw-shape blades is more than that of the paddle -shape blades granulators.

Transportation of Plastic Crusher Granulator

1) OG-FS series of granulator are packed in crates or plywood cases with wooden pallet at the bottom, which is suitable for quick positioning by fork lift.

2) Equipped with castors for ease of movement after being unpacked.

3) Do not rotate the machine and avoid collision with other objects during transportation to prevent improper functioning.

4) The structure of the machine is well-balanced and possess good handling devices, however,it also should be handled with care when lifting the machine to prevent falling down.

5) The machine and its attached parts can be kept with a temperature from -25℃ to +55℃ for long distance transportation while for a short distance, it can be transported with temperature under +70℃.

Storage of Plastic Crusher Granulator

1) OG-FS series should be stored indoors with temperature kept from 5℃to 40℃ and humidity lower than 80%.

2) Cut off all power supply and turn off main power switch.

3) Keep the whole machine, especially the electrical components away from water to avoid potential troubles caused by the water.

4) Use plastic film to cover the machine tightly to prevent the machine from dust and rainwater.
