Solar glass is also called photovoltaic glass which mainly used on solar panel because of its super light transmittance rate. Solar panel is a thin layer of optoelectronic semiconductor which converting solar energy into electricity. By considering its efficiency, we are using High transmittance and low reflection glass for its panel. This high strength glass maintains the best image quality by eliminating unwanted distortions with the advanced optical technology.
The solar panel glass can be used by Low iron clear float glass and Low iron pattern glass(mistlite pattern glass or Woven pattern glass) and AR tempered glass and AR low iron pattern glass .

Flat has own solar glass furnace to ensure the quality,and has top two capacity in the World.Our low-iron patterned glass is designed with particular ingredient and special pattern. It takes full advantage of the diffuse reflection of the pattern, greatly decreases light reflection, and has very high solar transmission at any angle of incidence. However, the iron contents are less than 100 ppm, which enables a very low solar absorbance by the glass itself. With the non-toxic components, Flat group’s low-iron patterned glass completely conforms to the rigorous environmental requirement of EU, USA and Japan. It really meet the requirement of achieving green energy.
AR coating can effectively decrease the reflectivity of glass surface and increase the energy conversion efficiency and output power of the PV modules.
