Description:
AR coated glass is also called high transmittance photovoltaic glass, which is coated on the basis of ultra white calendering glass with a layer of nanoscale SiO2 antireflection film. The AR coated glass developed by Follett is a leading international technology and equipment, and then made of toughened after coating. It greatly reduces the reflection ratio of the glass surface and improves the transmission ratio, thus improving the conversion efficiency of the component and the output power of the photovoltaic module.
Solar Glass, is a high performance low iron glass with very high solar energy transmittance. When toughened, its strength and durability make it the ideal choice for crystalline silicon photovoltaic application as well as for solar thermal collectors.
Product Feature:
Flat has own solar glass furnace to ensure the quality,and has top two capacity in the World.Our low-iron patterned glass is designed with particular ingredient and special pattern. It takes full advantage of the diffuse reflection of the pattern, greatly decreases light reflection, and has very high solar transmission at any angle of incidence. However, the iron contents are less than 100 ppm, which enables a very low solar absorbance by the glass itself. With the non-toxic components, Flat group’s low-iron patterned glass completely conforms to the rigorous environmental requirement of EU, USA and Japan. It really meet the requirement of achieving green energy.
AR coating can effectively decrease the reflectivity of glass surface and increase the energy conversion efficiency and output power of the PV modules.
