1. What the your glass package ? Are they safe ?
Answer : Seaworthy strong plywood crates with interlayer paper or plastic film between each glass, use strong iron belt for tightness, the crates will be very strong. And we send the loading pictures for you after we loading.
2. What is your payment term ?
Answer : Our payment term is By T/T (30% deposit in advance + 70% balance before loading).
3. Can you supply a free samples ?
Answer : Yes, we can supply the free small size samples for you . In general, our sample size is 300x300mm . If you want us supply the large size samples according to your require , You should be payment a little produce cost .
4.How long time we can get the samples ?
Answer : We send the samples in 7 – 10 work days after you confirm .
5. What is your delivery time ?
Answer : Our delivery time is about 15-20 days after we get the deposit.(For one container)
