The working principle is as follows: the end cover of the push rod driving end of the hydraulic device and the four wedge-shaped sliders are axially moved, and then the arc-shaped tile is pulled by the connecting rod, because the connecting block on the inner side of the curved shingle is limited The position slider and limit stop are limited and cannot move in the axial direction.
Radial movement can only be carried out along the radial strip-shaped holes on the limit baffle, thereby realizing the radial movement of the curved shingles, that is, achieving contraction and tensioning; in the tensioned state, starting the power device through the sprocket mechanism The spindle is rotated, and the unwinding is realized by the cooperation of the crimping device.
The side of the unwinding device on the rack of the 3-in-1 feeder is provided with a clamping device, and the clamping device comprises a clamping shaft driven by the first cylinder and the first crank, and the clamping shaft is vertically provided with two Pinch roller with adjustable spacing.
The clamping device is beneficial for preventing the cartridge from moving axially along the spindle, and ensuring stable operation of the whole machine.
The material rack frame is further provided with an inductive switch and a pneumatic brake system for controlling the operation of the power unit, and the pneumatic brake system includes a brake disc and a pneumatic brake caliper mounted on the main shaft.
When the part of the leveling feeder of the 3-in-1 feeder stops running, a control signal is given to the inductive switch, and the inductive switch disconnects the power of the power unit to stop the power supply, and the spindle will continue to rotate due to inertia.
At this time, the pneumatic brake system is activated, and the pneumatic brake caliper clamps the brake disc to generate friction, thereby braking, so that the spindle stops rotating rapidly.
The 3-in-1 feeder frame adopts hydraulic expansion mode to drive the arc-shaped plate movement through the wedge-shaped slider structure, with low resistance, low wear, low failure rate, long service life, and equipped with a clamping device. The frame continues to operate stably.
