The pressing arm is one of the most commonly used matching devices for Ruihui heavy-duty material frame. Its function is to press the material belt when the material frame is unwound, so that it is always close to the surface of the material roll, avoiding the bulk material of the material roll, and ensuring the unwinding. Stability, usually when the material thickness is greater than 2mm or the yield strength is high, the heavy material frame needs to be equipped with a press arm device.
Advantages of the heavy material frame press arm device:
1. When the heavy material frame press arm is actuated, the extension arm of the telescopic cylinder directly actuates the pressure arm frame, which is directly actuated, which can reduce the loss of its power, so its force is large.
2. The structural design of the heavy material frame press arm is directly locked on the frame without being restricted by space, so the output angle is large, so the press arm frame is not easy to shake.
3. The heavy-duty material frame press arm uses the telescopic cylinder to directly actuate the pressure arm frame, without the need to transmit through the other functions such as the key block, so the strength of the transmission structure is better, and no loose damage occurs.
4. The pressure roller can adjust the position by using the adjusting bolt of the ring frame to ensure that the pressure roller and the material roll can be flat to avoid the plate from being misaligned during feeding.
