In the continuous stamping process of the feeder matching punching machine, the high-speed processing of the punching machine will cause the temperature of the die and the stamping material to rise rapidly. At this time, the material fed into the die must be lubricated. If the material fed by the feeder is not directly lubricated with lubricating oil, it will not only affect the surface finish of the stamped product, shorten the life of the die, but also reduce the precision of the finished product, and cannot meet the high precision of the stamping process.
At present, the lubricating oil used in the stamping production has a high viscosity, and is usually prepared by adding various international high-performance additives such as an extreme pressure agent, an oil agent, a film former, a rust preventive and a super antioxidant. With excellent lubricity and extreme pressure resistance, it can prevent the finished products and molds from being damaged, which can effectively improve the processing efficiency and improve the surface processing quality.
The material double-sided oil feeder used in the matching feeder is composed of an aluminum alloy oil tank, an automatic oil pump, a fluid solenoid valve, a oil pipeline, a main bracket, a fixed seat, a first oil coating roller bracket, and a second oil coating roller bracket. The first oil application roller, the second oil application roller, the second oil application roller bracket, and the second oil application roller are formed.
An aluminum alloy fuel tank is fixed on the main bracket, and a filter net device is arranged in the fuel tank, so that the recovered oil can be reused, and the top of the fuel tank is equipped with an automatic oil pump, which is electrically connected with the punching machine and can be completely automatic according to the needs of the punching work. The size of the oil is adjusted and the oil is synchronized. The oiling roller of the oiling machine is made of high-density wool felt imported from Taiwan. It has strong abrasion resistance, good oil content and uniform oiling.
It fundamentally ensures that the material sent from the feeder is fully and reliably lubricated, which greatly reduces the amount of lubricant used, achieves the reuse of the lubricant, and greatly reduces the production cost.
