High-speed heavy-duty material frame, this new material frame has the advantages of traditional heavy-duty material, large load capacity, wide application range (thin plate, medium plate and heavy plate coil can be used), high customization degree, and high speed. The unwinding (unwinding speed of up to 30m/min) is the most outstanding high-speed unwinding equipment.
Compared with traditional heavy-duty material racks, Ruihui high-speed heavy-duty material racks have greatly improved the appearance and structure of the models. The biggest change is the improvement of the expansion and contraction mechanism (using double-expanding and shrinking rolls) and the crank locking device. Therefore, it is easy to put the reeled roll onto the reel, and the elastic deformation of the reel when unwinding is uniform and the non-stationaryness is small, which fundamentally solves the problem that the material frame has high rotational resistance and difficulty in discharging at high speed unwinding. The problem is to ensure stable and reliable performance at high speed unwinding.
