Basically all feeders can meet this requirement; soft materials, non-metallic materials, and easily scratched type materials require a special draw type feeder, that is, only air feeders or pneumatic NC feeders can be used.
Secondly, look at the brand and tonnage of the punching machine. If it is a high-speed punching machine, in order to ensure the production efficiency, the roller feeder, the clip feeder and the gear feeder should be selected. The roller feeder is mainly suitable for the production of 600 times/min or less and must be The press has an output shaft.
If the speed is exceeded, the other two should be selected.
