After the roller feeder step adjustment is completed, it is necessary to carry out actual tests to ensure the correct and stable delivery distance. The specific test methods are as follows:
1. After the punching machine is opened, stop at the bottom dead center position, draw a line on the material, turn the punching machine to the bottom dead center, and draw a line on the material. Repeat the measurement several times and compare with the required step distance. Then adjust the step fixing screw to reach the required step.
2. Feed the material into the mold, press the punching hole and press the guide hole, then invert to the punching machine more than 3 points, and measure the position of the guiding pin and the guiding hole until the guiding pin and the guiding hole are positive. Correct.
3. When detecting the step distance, do not use the single-action function to stop the punch at the top dead center measurement, because at the top dead center, the feed is only sent half, and each stop position is different, the step can not be measured, Be sure to measure after 3 o'clock.
4. If the roller feeder is equipped with a larger punching machine and a second fine-tuning device, the first fine-tuning device on the eccentric disk (ie, the fine-tuning of the scale ring) is adjusted to the required step size, and the fine-tuning is performed by installing the original rocker arm position. The second fine adjustment device is adjusted.
