The yaw feeder is a new type of feeding equipment specially developed by Ruihui to realize the material utilization rate during wafer stamping. There are two kinds of yaw air feeder and yaw NC feeder, among which the yaw air feeder Due to the unstable accuracy, high technical and operational requirements, and relatively many faults, the usage rate is relatively low.
The yaw NC feeder adopts the servo motor to control the feeding and the left and right displacement. The PLC in the electric box will automatically calculate the most. The distance between the moving and feeding materials is automatically realized to achieve round and round cutting.
