The basic method of adjusting the rotary cam switch: In order to make the 3-in-1 feeder and the precision punching machine, it is necessary to adjust the cam switch of the precision punching machine, and use the cam switch of the precision punching machine to control the feeding start and automatic relaxation of the feeder.
When adjusting the cam switch, use the "inching operation mode" of the punching machine, and set it when the precision punching machine is operated.
Improper adjustment of the cam switch of the precision punching machine or when the cam switch is damaged will cause the contact of the cam switch to jump or the signal to be intermittent. This situation will cause the feeder to work abnormally and should be adjusted or replaced.
For precision punches using electronic cams, set the contact closure to ON and the contact opening to OFF. The ON/OFF settings may be reversed depending on the electrical circuit.
Adjustment of feed start command: 3-in-1 feeder feed start signal is set by the cam switch at the bottom of the precision punch, and the upper and lower molds are opened to allow the feed position to be ON. When the precision punch leaves the top dead center, the mold is about to close. The position is OFF.
