3. material leveling adjustment: material leveling principle: the leveling drum is arranged in a zigzag pattern, if the flattening roller on the inlet side is put down, the material is bent along the drum, if the flattening roller on the outlet side is pressed too much The material is bent downwards.
Generally, the inlet side is lowered to a position where the upper and lower flattening roll gaps are 1 to 1.5 mm smaller than the material thickness, and the outlet side is adjusted to be the same as the material gap (ordinary material).
